Proxido came in second place in uLocate’s WHERE developer contest. WHERE is a mobile GPS widget platform. The contest for GPS applications was run through the WHERE Developer Program and winners were selected by a panel of wireless industry experts from Yankee Group, Frost & Sullivan, IDC, Programmable Web and O’Reilly Radar.
